Space Rhino Games was established in 2013 to develop video games for multiple gaming platforms. Our focus on the player community is one of the core tenets of our approach to creating games. Each member of our talented team is a passionate gamer, with a deep understanding of what makes the medium engaging and exciting. We aim to promote team-based gameplay while delivering an action packed experience, and also fostering and building a strong, avid, and loyal online community.
Chief Executive Officer
After playing his favorite games for hours and finding he wanted more, Hoyos decided to launch Space Rhino Games — combining a lifelong love for games with years of business experience. Hoyos’ mission is to create games for those like him who are searching for in-game experiences they will never forget.

Co-founder of Space Rhino Games and also a devoted gamer, Frontera creates the user interface design and art; develops art assets for in-game display and the game website; and produces key concept art and illustrations as needed.
Ultimate Ability: I get into a state of nirvana when drawing to the point that I am startled when pulled out of it.

After working as an engineer, Castillo helped establish UMG, a digital content studio, and later taught 3D Animation and Game Art / Design for 5 years at Atlantic University College. Additionally, he worked on various film projects as a visual effects artist, and later founded Work in Motion Studios, a studio specialized in computer animation and effects for film, television, advertising and digital content. He joined the Space Rhino Games team in 2013.

Chief Technology Officer
Self-taught, Ferano started working in tech when he was 15 years old doing websites. In 2010, he taught himself video game development and within a year he was working with a company in Houston. After a few years, he worked on a project in Los Angeles and then made his way back to Puerto Rico where he began working with Space Rhino Games in 2014.

Lead Game Designer
Sosa worked at Atlantic University College, from 2009 – 2012, where he taught 3D modeling techniques. Simultaneously, he managed projects and business development at Work in Motion Studios, a 3D studio founded by him and partners. Sosa has been part of the game design, integration and 3D art teams since 2013.
